Just a short post to say I tested positive for covid yesterday so am now in isolation until the middle of next week. I feel fine at the moment just a bit of a cold. The isolating I am going to find hard as I like to be busy but Daughter S has done a great job of running the show since yesterday, getting the girls off to school today and cooking meals. Husband is out of isolation tomorrow, just need to keep testing Lois as she is the only one of us not to have had it now.

I will be back before Christmas, not that I will have done anything to write about!

Take care everyone x

  2. Oh what a bummer! All you can do is make the most of the enforced leisure. Put your feet up and read books! It's great your daughter can step in for you. I hope you have a speedy recovery.

    1. I know, just on tenterhooks now waiting to see if Lois tests positive before Christmas as she is the only one to escape it now.

  4. Oh dear, although possibly inevitable given how contagious the current strain appears to be?

Fingers crossed you are not hit too hard and that you all recover soon.

    1. I'm not very good at doing nothing but I certainly think my big stash of books will get smaller over the next few days - already on my third! Just keeping my fingers crossed that Lois doesn't test positive in the next few days. The frustrating thing is that I feel absolutely fine x
